A plantar orthosis is a medically prescribed device designed to help alleviate certain symptoms and to treat a certain number of foot pathologies and deviations.

We recommend that you progressively get used to wearing your plantar orthoses, i.e.:
During the first month, we also recommend that you refrain from engaging in excessive sports activities while wearing your new orthoses. Also, please note that wearing worn out or warped shoes can hinder the course of your treatment.
